Love Karaoke at the Luxe. Ari always makes sure we have every thing we need so we don't go thirsty or hungry. Great food, too!

Roxanne is always on top of her service game! Drinks, food chat you name it. Makes for an enjoyable night! Oh and the food is good!

I have been going to Luxe for the past 6 months and I have never had bad service with my server. Roxanne has always been customer service orientated. Always been prompt and friendly. Love Roxanne. She is amazing!

This place has always been high on our list to visit. BUT TONIGHT IS OVER THE MOON! I FEEL DISRESPECTED AND MY KIDDO IS UPSET AT THE EXPERIENCE STARTED BY THE HR MANAGER TONIGHT. I had numerous people approach me regarding our service animal. The HR MANAGER spread her inaccurate information to the entire area of the bar. SHE LIED AND SAID HIS VEST DOES NOT SAY SERVICE DOG...YES IT DOES! SHE THREATENED TO KICK US OUT...NOT EVER TO MY FACE JUST SPREADING LIES TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TO THE STAFF! She could have handled this professionally and I would have even produced legal documents to prove our seizure alert dog's status. BUT NO! SHE CALLS SECURITY! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PERSON! READY TO FILE AN ADA COMPLAINT IN THE MORNING! I EXPECT AN APOLOGY! ALTHOUGH THAT WON'T ERASE THE LIES OR UPSET TO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT WERE DRUG INTO HER UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOR.

Love the Luxe, good happy hour! Friendly servers. FREE UFC pay-per-view I come to the Luxe for all the big fights--never a cover charge! Also just had a networking event in the private room--a nice space.

We return to The Luxe for Roxanne’s service and kindness. We like to play trivia...but we have better places for that. We enjoy happy hour...but we have less expensive places for that. The food is fine...but the prices are very high even during happy hour. We have favorite places for that. And we have great servers at other locations, but we return to The Luxe specifically for Roxanne. She knows our names, she remembers our interest in trivia and she recalls what we like to drink. She is efficient and kind. As a former HR director and my husband a bank executive...we recognize great employees. Any corporation would be lucky to have a Roxanne. I like when they have waitress on Saturday nights. It is easier to get food and drinks. The bartenders get busy. Estrella was our server. She was AMAZING! I wish she was there more often. She is our favorite waitress.

That's odd to see notice the lounge is permanently closed because it's not I was just there last night and I'm headed there tonight. The bartenders are friendly and it's karaoke on Thursday until 11:00 p.m. that's why I wasn't a lot of people there because Google is saying it's closed and it's not.

We had our wedding party at luxe lounge Omg everything was beautiful perfect Riva really took care of everything I want to thank also your staff everyone was very happy with the service food was delicious what a wonderful memory for everyone deff if your thinking of an event the luxe lounge is such an awesome place
